With unique training content based around a true story, the Principal Foundation courses are the cornerstone of CCET's empathy E-Learning portfolio. They feature thought-provoking filmed content of Carolyn Cleveland, Founder of CCET, along with insights from three Participation Colleagues who attended a live session to give  the feel of a live session.

 

They provide a comprehensive and thought-provoking journey set out in chapters, to examine empathy, civility, psychological safety and personal well-being within complaints, leadership and communication. Choose from option 1 or 2 below depending on your specific interest and role and join Carolyn along with Masooma, Matt, and Liz, as they accompany you on your learning journey and provide immersive training, as close to live training as you could get.

Choose Your Course Access Options

1) Individual Enrolments:

Enrol directly from CCET’s website to easily pay and get 1 months access for 1 or more of these interactive certificated courses . Within minutes you can be starting your course today.  (Payment by card via Stripe).

​

2) Group enrolments: Best option for 2 to 50
Organisations can arrange for a group of up to 50 people to be enrolled by CCET on 1 or more courses with access for a month and invoiced for. Learner details can be supplied or a code can be created with specific number of redemptions. Access to all courses as a bundle can be arranged. 

 

3) Organisational Programmes: Best Option for groups of 50 - 2500

Organisations can request any combination of E-learning courses and have flexibility for how long they want access for to customize the training to fit specific needs. A personalised landing page can be set up for groups over 50 where learners Evaluation of Learning can be collated and shared.  

 

4) Bespoke C&C Empathy Training Licences: Organisation-wide compatibility

CCET’s courses are developed using SCORM files, ensuring compatibility with most in-house LMS. CCET can work with you to provide yearly licences that allows our courses to sit within your learning platform (example to have as part of your induction programme). With the licence fee would include  Carolyn Cleveland, course creator, liaising with you directly to customise the programmes to fit your LMS with integration support to ensure a smooth set up process.
